RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase in store or you just pay return shipping . You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. email us with your order ID and address the reason for return

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

  3. Either bring into store or purchase your own return shipping label. 

  4. Expect refund if shipped in 7-10 business days.  Refund will be issued same day if done in store.
